Krisana Park is one of Denver’s most distinctive mid-century modern neighborhoods — a small, beautifully preserved enclave of Eichler-inspired homes with a character all its own.

Developed in the 1950s, the neighborhood is known for its clean lines, low-pitched rooflines, post-and-beam construction, expansive glass and strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The homes were inspired by Joseph Eichler’s California modernism, and that design language remains remarkably cohesive throughout the neighborhood.

Part of what makes Krisana Park special is how intentionally that architectural identity has been preserved. None of the original homes have been scraped, and a conservation overlay helps protect many of the characteristics that define the neighborhood.
